Visitors are invited to create their own unique style using a combination of three red cultivars in a variety of proportions, to blend a bottle of wine that impresses friends and colleagues and is bottled under a personalized label. Meet our winemakers and discover more about the intricacies of making and blending fine wines- this is guaranteed to be a fun and informative experience for all!

Our Blend&Bottle sessions will be taking a break during the harvest season from January to April. Contact us to make a booking for one of our scheduled Blend&Bottle sessions on Saturdays (remaining dates listed above) throughout the year. Alternatively, this experience is also offered to corporate or private groups on Monday to Friday mornings at 10am, but please contact us to check availability of dates. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.

Cost: R40.00 p.p. (includes Blend&Bottle tutoring session and 1 personalized bottle of Blended wine)
Start time: 10:00am
Duration: 1 - 1½h.
Please note that a maximum group of 25 people can be accommodated per session.

On Saturday, October 13th, 2012, we will host the perenially popular Mountain to Mountain MTB Classic. The majestic scenery and challenging terrain of the Slanghoek Valley makes this race one of the most eagerly-anticipated on the local MTB circuit. You can enter now for the course distance of your choice -13km, 33km, or 60km - at www.onlines.co.za or alternatively on race day from 06h00 - 07h30 (a late entry fee of R20 will be levied).

Visitors can also look forward to a host of other festival offerings, including live music, wine tasting&sales, delicious food, wine tasting&sales, glass engraving, as well as kids activities and daycare. Be sure not to miss our annual Soetes&Soup Festival on 20-21 July 2012. As always, visitors can expect a warm Slanghoek welcome with a complimentary sample of our famous Biltong and Blue Cheese soup, as well as our entire range of award-winning dessert wines at special discounted prices.  Other not-to-be-missed activities include our perennially popular Cooper Demonstrations and Barrel Tastings with the Winemaker. This year we also welcome talented grass engraving artist Jan Winckel who will delight festival-goers with his unique souvenirs.
